About The Role

We are on the lookout for a Sales Admin Assistant who is organized, tech-savvy and has a passion for customer service and administration. Working with one of our sales reps, you will be behind the scenes helping everything run smoothly – from contract processing to marketing and everything in between.

Key Responsibilities:

Database Management

Contract Processing

Liasing with clients

Online Platform Marketing of properties

General administrative support and office operation duties

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a similar role in administration

Experience and confidence in using Microsoft Office

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines

High attention to detail and accuracy skills

Customer service experience

Familiarity with a CRM/Sales platform is a bonus

A Valid WA Drivers License
