🍕 Pizzaiolo – Last Piece Café

Last Piece Restaurant is seeking an experienced Pizzaiolo to bring authentic, stone-oven pizza to our menu. If you’re passionate about dough, flavour, and the craft of pizza-making, this is the role for you.

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 2 years’ experience making pizzas in a stone oven

Skilled in dough preparation, stretching, topping, and cooking

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen while keeping standards high

Team-oriented, reliable, and passionate about authentic pizza

Your role will include:

Preparing and baking pizzas in our stone oven to perfection

Maintaining consistency and presentation

Assisting with prep and general kitchen duties

Ensuring a clean, safe, and organised workspace
