Monday–Friday 7.00AM–4.00PM

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Levelling & Grinding Technician to join our high-performance trades team. You’ll be grinding concrete, levelling surfaces, removing existing floors, and making sure every job site is ready for our premium installations.

This is a role for someone who takes pride in daily production outcomes, values quality workmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced environment led by a high-achieving entrepreneur who balances high standards with a healthy work-life culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

Grinding concrete and preparing substrates for floor installation

Self-levelling and screeding floors to create even surfaces

Removing timber, vinyl, tile, or carpet flooring

Maintaining job site cleanliness, safety and organisation

Hitting daily production targets and supporting the wider team

What We’re Looking For

Experience in floor prep, construction, concrete grinding or demolition

Hands-on, reliable and physically fit

Willing to jump in and support the team when needed

Holds a valid driver’s licence and comfortable with local deliveries

Follows systems and processes with care and discipline

A humble, driven team player who thrives in a high-output environment
