Are you a highly experienced Natural Timber Floors Sand & Polish professional with a background in timber floor installation?

We’re a leading natural timber flooring company, expanding into a new division focused on natural timber floor sanding and polishing. We are looking for a senior expert to work alongside an ambitious entrepreneur, to build and lead this new division from the ground up.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven expertise in sanding and polishing natural timber floors – you know your craft and take pride in a flawless finish

Background in floor installation (laying, building stair treads, etc.)

Someone who operates with honesty, integrity, and a passion for quality workmanship

Team player, humble, smart, loyal, and respectful – the kind of person people want to work with

Willingness to support our core flooring installation business during quieter periods

Long-term mindset with the drive to become a division leader
