North Landscapes is a locally owned and operated commercial landscape construction company delivering high-quality streetscape and infrastructure projects across Darwin and surrounding areas. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscaper who takes pride in building exceptional outdoor spaces.

What You'll Be Doing:

This hands-on role involves a wide variety of landscape construction tasks across large-scale commercial sites:

Civil and structural landscaping on commercial infrastructure projects

Hardscape and softscape works including sub grade prep, paving, retaining walls, edging, concreting, turfing, spray-grassing, planting, mulching

Installation of permanent and temporary irrigation systems

Reading and interpreting landscape construction plans

Operating plant and machinery (excavators, bobcats, etc.) including pre-starts and basic maintenance

What We're Looking For:

You’re an experienced Landscaper who:

Has 2+ years’ experience in commercial landscape construction

Holds a White Card, current driver’s licence, and own transport

Is hard-working, reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work

Works well in a tight-knit team and follows WHS best practices

Is physically fit and comfortable working in Darwin’s tropical climate

Has experience operating machinery (e.g. excavator/bobcat)

(Bonus: MR licence, formal landscaping qualifications – not essential)

What We Offer:

$35 - $40 per hour plus overtime and super (negotiated based on experience)
