OVERVIEW

You will play a key role in crafting exceptional interiors that enhance the functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability of our projects. From luxury resort villas to high-rise student accommodation, your designs will shape the user experience of our projects. Working closely with our internal architects, project managers, and external stakeholders, you will bring award-winning designs to life that reflect the vision of our business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create concept designs, sketches, and 3D models for a variety of modular construction projects

Collaborate with the architecture team to integrate interior and exterior design seamlessly.

Source and specify sustainable, high-quality materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with our sustainability values.

Procure fixtures, finishes and equipment for a wide range of project types, nationally and internationally.

Prepare detailed drawings, joinery details, schedules, and documentation packages for manufacturing and construction.

Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure accurate execution of designs.

Present design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback to achieve the desired vision.

Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure design feasibility and timely delivery.

Champion sustainability through material choices and energy-efficient design practices.

EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

3+ years of professional experience in interior design, preferably in modular, residential, or hospitality projects.

Proficiency in design software - Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and FF&E specifications.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

A creative and innovative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality interiors within timelines and budgets.

Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
