What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare weekly and monthly payroll (including commission-based processing)
• Manage Accounts Receivable - invoicing, payment tracking, and debt collection
• Assist with Accounts Payable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger tasks
• Support the team with asset register, insurance, and reporting
• Tackle ad hoc finance tasks and help streamline processes

What You'll Bring

• Tertiary accounting qualification (or working towards)
• Payroll and AR experience (Xero a bonus!)
• High attention to detail with strong Excel skills
• Organised, proactive, and a team player
