About the role

JNC PAINTING AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE PTY LTD' is seeking experienced Painters / Brush Hands to join our team. This full-time role is based in Forster, NSW 2428 and will involve a range of painting and property maintenance duties.

What you'll be doing

Preparing surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and applying fillers

Applying paints, stains, and other finishes to both interior and exterior surfaces

Operating a range of painting equipment including brushes, rollers, and spray guns

Completing detailed paintwork such as cutting in edges and corners

Assisting with basic property maintenance tasks as required

Ensuring a clean and tidy work environment throughout each project

Following all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe worksite

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Painter or Brush Hand, preferably in the Trades & Services industry

Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

Physically fit and able to work at heights and in confined spaces

A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation

A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
