Your Role

As Service Technician, you will represent PILLER at various installations in Oceania and ensure the reliable operation of our systems at customer sites.

Your key responsibilities:

Commissioning, installation, inspection, and maintenance of our systems at customer sites

Typical activities include:

Mechanical connection of peripheral equipment

Parameterization of drive control systems

Testing and commissioning of frequency converters

Alignment of blowers and balancing of impellers on-site

Vibration measurement and monitoring

Maintenance of electric motors

Commissioning of measuring systems and sensors

What You Bring

Completed training as an Electronics Technician for Automation Technology, Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Electronics Technician or similar technical qualification

Passion for working with both people and machines

Intercultural competence and high willingness to travel

Ideally, first experience in customer service and knowledge of:

Drive technology

Power electronics

Measurement and control technology

Sensor systems

Hydraulics and/or oil supply systems

Familiarity with rotary equipment (e.g., compressors or blowers) is beneficial, but can also be developed during training

Applicants residing within proximity to our office will be highly regarded.
