A well-regarded QLD based plaintiff firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join its growing Workers’ Compensation practice. This role offers the flexibility of working fully remote while still being part of a supportive and collaborative team.

The Role

Manage a caseload of Workers’ Compensation claims from intake through to resolution

Advise clients on strategy, process, and entitlements under QLD legislation

Draft and review documents, prepare matters for settlement, and liaise with insurers and counsel

Work autonomously while contributing to team culture and knowledge sharing

About You

Admitted Solicitor with a current practising certificate

Experience in Queensland personal injury law (Workers’ Compensation focus essential)

Strong client management and communication skills

Ability to manage files independently with a high level of attention to detail
