If you wish, also scope to add some statutory WC files too.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:

are admitted as a solicitor with minimum 2+ years hands-on experience post-admission experience managing your own personal injury files in: 1) CTP (essential) plus at least 1 or both of: 2) Public Liability; and/or 3) Medical Negligence;

have solid litigation/court advocacy experience;

have strong understanding of relevant legislation/case law+ communication/people/advocacy skills;

are proactive, results & deadline driven with a 'can-do' POSITIVE attitude;

are hungry to further advance your career long-term with an outstanding innovative plaintiff firm.
