About the role

En3rgy Solutions is seeking an experienced Solar / Battery Consultant to join our dynamic team in Adelaide, SA. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in driving sales in the renewable energy solutions industry.

Valid Australian work visa or residency status is required for this position.

What you'll be doing

Proactively communicate and engage with existing customers in the Residential Solar energy space

Introduce our range of energy-efficient solar and battery power systems ensuring customer motivation aligns to both the technical and financial needs of our customers

Prepare & present system designs proposals to Customers via phone or in person consults

Conduct effective communication and conversion from quality leads provided from marketing sources

Collaborate with the technical and electrical service team to complement the innovative proposal and strategies for the individual customer

Stay up-to-date with industry, product updates and industry pricing awareness

What we're looking for

Proven high achiever preferably within the renewable energy sectors

Minimum 3 years of experience in renewable energy or solar sales is required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our team and customers

Technical knowledge and overview of solar and battery power systems

Intermediate level technical knowledge of solar and battery power systems is required

A genuine passion for sustainable energy solutions

Genuine experience facilitating green loan/finance options with clients

Able to work independently as well be a team player

Ability to close with tactful negotiation skills

What we offer

Competitive base salary ($100k per annum) and a weekly sales incentive with expected overall salary range $140,000 to $200,000 per annum
