With operations across SA, VIC and NSW with a strong base in Adelaide, we're expanding our team and looking for a Solar Installation Coordinator (Solar & Battery) to join us in Adelaide.

The role

You'll coordinate a high volume of solar and battery installations across the business, ensuring each project is delivered on time, compliant, and cash-positive.

In this role, you will:

Schedule and coordinate 20–40 residential and commercial solar/battery jobs per week

Manage Work Orders and Purchase Orders across multiple projects

Liaise with customers, installers, and suppliers to maintain smooth delivery

Prepare and issue customer proposals

Ensure CEC and STC compliance documentation is accurate and submitted on time

Support the GM of Renewables and collaborate with a team of 7 across operations

What success looks like

You'll be measured on:

Cash collection – 100% of jobs within 24 hours (48 hrs for financed jobs)

Compliance – 95% of jobs with STC submission within deadlines

On-time delivery – 95% of jobs completed on schedule

What we're looking for

Must-haves

Scheduling and project coordination experience

Minimum 2+ years of scheduling and project coordination experience

Familiarity with Work Orders (WO) and Purchase Orders (PO)

Strong attention to detail and data entry skills for managing multiple orders

Knowledge of CEC processes

Strong customer communication and organisational skills

Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)

Nice-to-haves

Experience with platforms such as SimPRO, AroFlo or ServiceM8 (We use our own proprietary system)

Solar, renewables, or construction industry experience
