About the Role

You’ll play a pivotal role in designing and selling premium off-grid solar and battery storage systems to qualified leads in a consultative sales environment built on ethics, trust, and a commitment to customer success. While supported by an expert technical team and warm, pre-qualified leads, you’ll also contribute to lead generation where needed. We’re seeking a driven Sales Consultant with the ambition to deliver strong results and the passion to help customers achieve energy independence through premium off-grid solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Convert qualified leads into successful sales while meeting/exceeding KPIs

Undertake load assessments, system designs, and quoting using our in-house software

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM records

Form long-term, trusted client relationships that drive referrals

Attend client meetings, industry events, and trade shows as required

Work closely with our technical team to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction

About You

We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused professional with a solutions-based mindset. Ideally, you’ll bring:

Proven success in customer facing sales role

Proactive and fast learner with an driven to achieve and exceed sales goals

Attention to detail with strong communication and presentation skills

Motivation, positivity, and the ability to work both independently and in a team

Technically savvy (MS Office essential, SketchUp a bonus)

Current unrestricted Australian driver’s licence and full work rights

Solar or electrical knowledge is beneficial but not essential – we’ll train the right candidate.
