THE ROLE
4 days per week (permanent part time) role Mon-Thur with hours of 8am to 5pm. No Fridays!
Office based in the city fringe.
Main function: Receptionist and administrative support/coordination.
Salaries package of $50k-55k + Super for a 4 day week.
Tasks include:
- Managing and documenting Licences and registration renewals.
- Maintaining accurate and up to date Training & Development registers.
- Maintaining E-tags & vehicle equipment registers.
- Office administration duties include – filing, generating induction packs, stationary and office supplies, banking, setting up meeting rooms, photocopier/kitchen/office tidy and restocking.
- Meeting and greeting visitors.
- Coordination of contractors, maintenance and cleaning firms.
- Coordination of accounts including inputting invoices into accounts system.
- Monthly credit card account reconciliation for 3 managers.
- Compiling reports for General Manager and Senior Leadership team.
- Assist with the coordination of exec meetings and social functions.
YOU
An experienced Receptionist or Office Administrator/Coordinator who is able to wear multiple hats to deliver a great service in a diverse role.
You will have exceptional customer service skills and strong communication skills including an excellent phone manner.
Other areas to be a good fit for this role:
• Common sense approach and being proactive.
• Good positive attitude and happy to help out team members.
• Strong attention to detail with all documentation and registers.
• Confident & capable to work in a Reception role and provide professional administration support to the SLT.
Applicants with previous experience in the Building / Construction / Trade sectors will be very highly regarded.
Other things:
- Office sits in the middle of two main train stations with a 10min walk from each one.
- No dedicated parking - Street parking available.
- No WFH this is a front of house reception role and you are needed in the office to be part of the team! :)
