We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Receiving Team leader to lead this area of our operations. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working alongside your team, and knows how to implement structure and safety from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities for the receiving team.

Manage container unloading contractors when required.

Assist & Oversee the unloading, inspection, and recording of all incoming goods.

Ensure all deliveries are checked against purchase orders and any discrepancies are reported promptly.

Manage and prioritise stock replenishment to maintain pick-face and bulk storage accuracy.

Conduct and oversee cycle counts and regular stocktakes to maintain inventory accuracy.

Maintain correct storage, labelling, and organisation of goods.

Train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve productivity and quality targets.

Liaise with procurement, dispatch, and other departments to ensure smooth stock flow.

Monitor and enforce compliance with workplace health and safety policies.

Identify and implement process improvements in receiving and inventory management.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation in receiving and staging areas

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in warehouse receiving and inventory control.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office including Excel.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Current forklift license.

Knowledge of OH&S standards and warehouse safety best practices.
