With the recent launch of our brand-new, state-of-the-art showroom in Croydon Park (yes—it’s the largest renewable showroom in SA), we’re entering an exciting growth phase, and we need a savvy finance professional to help power the next chapter.
Key Responsibilities
Invoicing & Billing: Prepare and manage invoices, and purchase orders/bills for contractors and wholesalers.
Accounts & Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations, manage accounts receivable/payable, oversee debtor management.
Payroll & Subsidies: Review and prepare payroll reports.
Financial Reporting: Review financial accounts for accuracy, prepare month-end reports, assist with Forecasting.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate internal finance processes.
What we're looking for
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar financial accounting role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal stakeholders
Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance beneficial
Working knowledge of Australian accounting standards and tax regulations
