What You’ll Do

Provide exceptional, person-centred care that puts residents first

Assess, plan, and deliver tailored clinical care plans

Safely administer medications and treatments

Lead and collaborate with care teams to ensure seamless support

Keep clear, accurate clinical documentation

Be a source of reassurance, empathy, and support for residents and families

Contribute to continuous improvement and best practice care

What We’re Looking For

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

At least 1 year nursing experience (aged care preferred)

Confident clinical skills and sound judgement

Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities

A genuine passion for person-centred, compassionate care

Reliable, adaptable, and committed to excellence
