About the role

Are you a compassionate and forward-thinking Registered Nurse with a passion for dementia care excellence? Join our dedicated team at Drummoyne, where you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care to our residents — including comprehensive assessments and specialised nursing support. You’ll also play a key leadership role, guiding our care and wellbeing teams and taking charge after hours when needed.

We’re currently seeking Registered Nurses to support our team on a casual basis, including night shifts. Must be available for a minimum of 3 shifts between Monday to Thursday and flexible to work any shift.

The successful applicant will:

Registered Nurse Div 1 (registered with AHPRA) with a current practice certificate

A passion for person-centred care delivery and dementia care excellence

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Demonstrated skills in documentation, care planning and assessment

A good understanding of AN-ACC and the Aged Care Quality Standards

Experience in leading people or supporting care teams

Well-developed communication skills

Strong knowledge of safe work practices

Intermediate computer literacy, including applications in aged care and/or health services.
