About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing clinical leadership and high-quality person-centered care to residents in aged care settings. You will be responsible for:

Delivering safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care

Administering medications and treatments in accordance with care plans

Supervising and mentoring Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers (PCWs)

Conducting assessments and developing care plans

Ensuring compliance with AHPRA standards, Aged Care Quality Standards, and facility policies

What We’re Looking For

Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse

Minimum 6 months’ experience in aged care (preferred)

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Valid Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Current Flu & COVID-19 vaccinations
