At PACS, we’re proud to deliver the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) Community Nursing Program – helping veterans and their families stay independent, safe, and supported at home.

About the Role

As part of our team, you will:

Provide person-centred care that truly makes a difference.

Support veterans to maintain their independence and quality of life at home.

Deliver assessments, care planning, wound care, medication management, and health education.

Collaborate with clients, families, and a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Work in line with DVA guidelines and professional standards – we’ll support you to learn and grow.

What We’re Looking For

Current RN or EN registration

A big heart and genuine passion for working with veterans.

Great communication and teamwork skills.

Current CPR, First Aid and Police Check

A valid driver’s license and reliable transport.

(Experience with DVA guidelines is great, but if you’re eager to learn, we’ll support you.)
