Triangle Logistics Management are an award-winning Australian 4PL Supply Chain Integration company situated in Mount Waverley.
Our passionate and highly driven team helps make freight simpler and easier to manage for our clients which include some of Australia’s largest retailers, manufacturers, FMCG’s, wholesalers, and distributors.
The Opportunity
We’re seeking a motivated and people-oriented individual to join our dynamic team in a customer-focused role. This position offers long-term career potential and the chance to play a vital role within a highly successful and fast-growing company.
As a key member of our team, your primary focus will be on executing customer retention plans, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining service excellence.
What you'll be doing
Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails and messages in a timely and professional manner
Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on the company's products, services, and policies
Identifying and resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members as needed
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and documenting resolutions
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
Adhering to all relevant regulations, policies, and service-level agreements
Work Hours:
On site Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm
What we're looking for
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer concerns
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
Experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry
A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
