With growth comes opportunity — and we’re looking for motivated Labourers and Skilled Painters to join our team.

Responsibilities

Labourers:

Assist painters and renderers with day-to-day site duties.

Carry out site preparation including sanding, masking, and ensuring cleanliness is maintained at all times.

Pick up and deliver paint from site storages, and collect tools/materials from company storage as required.

Support supervisors with general construction tasks such as patching compounds, concrete repair work, and surface preparation.

Work efficiently by understanding the task before starting and following instructions carefully.

Maintain respectful communication and teamwork with all colleagues and external parties on site.

Skilled Painters:

Deliver high-quality finishes on commercial projects — including brushing, rolling, and spray work.

Carry out surface prep, patching, and repair work to achieve premium standards.

Apply coatings with precision, ensuring consistency across large-scale projects.

Follow site processes and QA systems to ensure efficiency and quality.

Work collaboratively with the team, showing initiative and commitment to deadlines.

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction; painting or finishing trade experience highly regarded.

Skilled painters: trade-qualified or significant proven industry experience.

Labourers: previous site experience preferred but not essential if reliable and eager to learn.

Construction White Card (mandatory).

Ability to follow directions, plan ahead, and work efficiently.

Strong teamwork, communication, and respect for colleagues and clients on site.
