About the role
We’re looking for an organised, people-focused Project Delivery Manager to join our growing team on the Sunshine Coast. You’ll be coordinating schedules, liaising with clients and site teams, and making sure every job runs smoothly, on time, and to our high standards.

A day in the life at Pether’s
You’ll be the central link between our clients, foremen, and painters — making sure everyone knows what’s happening, when, and how.

In your day-to-day, you’ll:

Schedule and oversee multiple high-end residential and commercial painting projects.

Act as the main point of contact for clients during works, keeping communication clear and consistent.

Work closely with foremen and team leaders to ensure projects run smoothly.

Track time and materials for each job in our KPI spreadsheet.

Organize site access, equipment hire, and subcontractors when required.

Ensure site presentation and quality standards are met across all jobs.

Review WHS compliance and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) documentation.

Oversee project sign-offs and confirm client satisfaction.

Keep all project records up to date in ServiceM8.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who can keep multiple moving parts under control while building great relationships with clients and crews.

You’ll ideally have:

Proven experience in project management, ideally in trades, construction, or painting.

Strong scheduling and organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills with both clients and team members.

Confidence using project/job management software (ServiceM8 an advantage).

A proactive, problem-solving approach.

A driver’s license and reliable transport.
