The Company
Are you looking for a Finance Manager role where your work goes beyond the numbers? This is a unique opportunity to join an Indigenous-owned facilities management business servicing some of WA's largest (including blue-chip clients) across mining, government, and mining services.

The company is experiencing double-digit year-on-year growth and has a clear 3-year strategy that combines organic growth with targeted acquisitions. With a strong commitment to supporting communities in Port Hedland and Newman, they are now seeking a Finance Manager to help shape and deliver on this ambitious plan.

The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO (with a dotted line to the CFO of the parent company), you will be a trusted advisor to the leadership team. Your remit will include both financial management and forward-looking commercial insight:

• Deliver annual statutory reporting and timely monthly management reporting
• Reviewing and strengthening financial systems, processes, and controls
• Identifying efficiency opportunities and closing gaps where additional controls are required
• Delivering accurate and timely financial and management reporting
• Implementing weekly project reporting to proactively manage issues and performance
• Reviewing tenders to ensure they are commercially realistic and aligned with business objectives
• Preparing business case analysis for new projects and investments
• Driving budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis to support strategic decisions
• Partnering with General Managers across the business to deliver insight and accountability
• Overseeing cash flow, compliance, governance, and tax obligations
• Supporting M&A activities, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration
• Leading and mentoring a small finance team

About You
You'll be a hands-on, commercially focused Finance Manager who thrives in a growth environment and enjoys building structure and capability. To succeed, you'll bring:

• CPA/CA qualification with strong technical and commercial expertise
• Experience in facilities management, mining services, construction, or related industries
• Background in businesses with multiple small contracts, where oversight and attention to detail are critical
• A proven track record in reviewing systems, streamlining processes, and implementing controls
• Strong commercial skills, with experience in tenders, project analysis, and business cases
• Ability to business partner with senior leaders and influence decision-making
