Due to their continued growth, we are seeking a Development Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to join their team in this newly created role.

Reporting directly to the Director, you will work across a range of land subdivision as well built form projects as part of a nimble and hands on team, providing the opportunity for growth and to share in the success of the business.

Your role will include the full range of development management tasks including gaining planning approvals, sales and marketing, budget management, preparation of reports and much more.

We are looking for a passionate Development Manager with previous experience, who is a team player who will be invested in the growth and success of the team and business.
