The Role:

Are you a hands-on installer or an architecture-savvy specialist with a passion for specification-driven sales? This role is tailor-made for someone like you.

You're switching off the tools—or stepping out of your studio—and stepping into a role where technical skill meets commercial opportunity. As a Technical Specification Sales Representative, you'll:

Partner with architects, engineers, and builders to specify our advanced waterproofing systems, from damp-proof membranes to high-performance liquid and sheet applications, drainage solutions, and joint/detailing technologies.

Translate specifications and blueprints into tailored system proposals, combining best-practice detailing, edge-to-edge sealing, and substrate preparation.

Provide technical support on complex components like expansion joints, deck overlays, and penetrations.

Lead onsite inspections and system walkthroughs to ensure precision in design-to-installation transitions.

Deliver high-impact presentations, training sessions, and product demos that blend technical depth with real-world installation savvy.

Build and manage a robust pipeline—from specification through to successful project completion—across residential, commercial, and civil infrastructure markets.

About You:

You come from a hands-on tools background (waterproofing installer, site technician) or an architectural discipline, and you’ve evolved into specification sales—so you blend technical insight with commercial drive.

You understand the ins and outs of waterproofing substrates: concrete, membranes, adhesives, sealants, detailing around penetrations, balconies, terraces, foundations, and below-grade structures.

You speak the language of construction documentation: you can interpret specs, product data sheets, detailing drawings, and compliance standards with confidence.

You’re comfortable in both boardroom meetings and site conditions—thriving in high-interaction, technical environments.

You’re energetic, ambitious, and eager to grow your territory and reputation across the sector.
