The opportunity:
This is a newly created role with a global innovator in engineered civil and geotechnical systems. With a rich history and impressive global project portfolio, our client plays a pivotal role in delivering safe, smart infrastructure solutions.
You’ll join a technically focused sales team delivering engineered ground stabilization for a broad range of projects. Stepping into this technically focused sales role you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing customer enquiries, quoting, scoping project requirements, and working with customers to provide tailored product solutions. While this is not a high-travel BDM role, you’ll be expected to build relationships proactively—with site visits, stakeholder engagement, and opportunity tracking forming part of your monthly rhythm. You’ll work closely with a seasoned manager who started on the tools and values hands-on thinking, team loyalty, and practical problem solving.
What you’ll be doing:
- Identify industry projects, tenders, and upcoming works to maintain sales pipeline
- Prepare quotes, scope projects, and manage follow-up across a wide product portfolio
- Collaborate with engineers, site teams, and contractors to identify and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
- Visit key sites and meet with clients to ensure project and stakeholder alignment
- Work closely with internal production, operations, and design teams to ensure delivery success
What we’re looking for:
You’ll need to be technically minded and comfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders. Success in this role comes from building trust, anticipating challenges, and offering smart, tailored solutions over the long term.
You may be:
- An engineer looking to move away from site or desk bound duties
- A driller, installer, or civil contractor ready to get off the tools

Must-haves:
- Solid understanding of civil, geotechnical, or structural environments
- Ability to read drawings, understand site needs, and translate them into clear deliverables
- Strong follow-through on quotes, orders, and project coordination
- Driver’s licence and willingness to undergo medical and drug/alcohol screening
- Proactive, hands-on attitude

- Base salary $110K–$120K + Super
- Laptop / Phone + fully expensed company vehicle
