What You’ll Do

As an Employment Support Consultant in the Workforce Australia program, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Mildura branch to achieve its performance and budget targets. This position focuses on accurate, timely, and compliant claims processing, requiring strong attention to detail, autonomy, and a proactive mindset.

You’ll also manage a tailored caseload of participants, providing structured post-placement support to help them stay engaged and succeed in their employment journey.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with a mix of standard and flexible hours to meet operational needs, offering variety within a consistent work week.

Your responsibilities will focus on three key areas:

• Claims Processing: Accurately track hours and earnings for all participants, follow up on documentation, and ensure timely and compliant claims submission in line with program guidelines.
  
• Caseload Management: Maintain a focused caseload of participants, providing tailored support and proactive engagement.
  
• Post-Placement Support: Deliver structured follow-ups, identify and resolve barriers, and help participants transition into independent, long-term employment.

• Accountable & Self-motivated: Ability to work independently to manage claims and caseloads with initiative, proficiency, and accuracy.
  
• Tech Savvy: Confident with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital tools.
  
• Pre-Requisites: Full eligibility to work in Australia, with the ability to obtain a National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and/or Vulnerable Persons Check.
