Experienced cabinetmaker who thrives on showcase builds: reception counters, curved components and bespoke joinery

Obsessed with detail, nothing leaves your bench unless it is sharp, seamless and to spec

Confident working independently while backing the crew and sharing the load

Back your mates, strive for excellence and always look to level up

You Have:

Trade qualification in Cabinetmaking or Shopfitting

5+ years of experience in commercial joinery manufacturing

Proven skill with curved components, reception counters and complex joinery

Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, materials and finishes

White Card and current driver’s licence

You will help us:

Deliver complex custom joinery that sets projects apart

Work across a variety of materials and finishes with confidence

Read and interpret detailed shop drawings with precision and clarity

Cut, assemble and finish components to the highest standard, ready for install

QC your work so nothing leaves the factory below Seascape’s benchmark

Use Innergy (ERP) to track progress and keep the crew aligned

Showcase builds are completed to spec, seamless and install-ready

The factory floor stays safe, clean and organised

What’s In It For You

Above award pay: $40 to $45 per hour based on experience, plus incentives

Location: Coolum Beach, QLD

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
