About the role

We are seeking experienced Cabinet Makers and Factory Hands to join our team at Gold Coast Kitchens PTY LTD' in Burleigh Heads, Queensland. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality kitchens and cabinets.

What you'll be doing

Operate machinery and hand tools to cut, shape and assemble cabinet components

Measure, mark and cut materials to specific dimensions

Assemble cabinets, drawers and other components according to design specifications

Finish and prepare surfaces for installation

Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or Factory Hand in the Carpentry & Cabinet Making industry

Strong practical skills in using power tools and hand tools

Excellent attention to detail and an eye for quality

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Good communication and teamwork skills

Drivers licence is essential
