You're a tradesman who takes pride in the details and keeps the standard high. You can read drawings, check levels and knock out set-outs without fuss. You back your crew, keep sites sharp and get the job done without the drama. You live for mateship, bring excellence to every job, and want to keep growing your craft.

You've got:

Trade qualification in Cabinetmaking or Shopfitting

5+ years' install experience

White Card & driver's licence

Strong knowledge of Aussie standards and WHS

Joinery is installed right, first go; no rework, no shortcuts

Job sites and behaviours are consistently clean, safe and professional

The crew is backed, productive and proud of the work delivered

Repeat work flows in because builders and clients know it's done right, every time

What's In It For You

Above-award pay: $40-$45 per hour (based on experience) + incentives

Location: Based in Coolum Beach, with some travel to projects across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm
