Lawn Solutions Australia is the nation’s leading supplier of premium turf and a recognised centre for turf research and development. We are currently seeking a motivated Turf Technical Manager / Groundsman & Research Assistant to join our team.

This is a hands-on role suited to individuals with experience in greenkeeping for sports turf, golf, or recreational facilities. You will play a crucial role in the construction and maintenance of turf trials, the management of our research facility, and the upkeep of the surrounding grounds and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include:

Establishing and maintaining turf trial plots

Assisting with ongoing turf research projects

General grounds and facility maintenance

Supporting the development of new turf varieties and practices

Assisting with other areas of the business when dictated by weather

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

Experience in greenkeeping, turf management, or a related field

Strong practical skills with turf care, machinery, and grounds maintenance

Experience with a wide range of machines and equipment.

A keen eye for detail and pride in your work

A proactive attitude and willingness to assist across a variety of tasks
