Sydney Civil Pty Ltd is a leading civil construction company highly experienced in local and state government projects with a reputation for providing a professional, integrated service to its clients.
We are seeking a highly motivated civil engineer (contracts manager) experienced in streetscape, cycleways and intersection upgrades to estimate and prepare tenders for government projects.
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Preparing and submitting civil construction tenders.
Estimating of projects.
Preparing methodology, staging plans, programs and BOQs.
Prepare all documents for execution of contracts.
Reviewing quotes of subcontractors.
Attend client meetings.
Understanding of civil drawings and RFT.
Ensure that finished works are within specifications, regulations and contract provisions.
Liaise with client for design solutions during projects.
To ensure that you are successful in this role you will possess/demonstrate
Civil Engineering Degree
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Computer literate (Excel, Word, Program etc.)
Understanding of planning and programming
Ability to develop & maintain systems and procedures to each project
Ability to meet strict deadline
Familiar with WH&S
Drivers Licence
Salary + super
