This an excellent opportunity for a qualified chef who is ready to take the reins of their first Head Chef role and make their mark on our venue.

About the role:

Manage day-to-day operations of the kitchen and lead a small team

Deliver high-quality, consistent food

Assist with menu planning and creation

Work across lunch, dinner and weekends (with good roster flexibility)

Lead and inspire your team to deliver high standards

About You:

Qualified chef ready to step into your first leadership role

Passionate about food, menu development and creating enjoyable dining experiences

Organised, reliable and able to work well under pressure

Available to start as soon as possible

What We Offer:

Full-time position that will allow you to enjoy life outside the kitchen

Around 40 hours per week

A weekend off once a month
