We have been exclusively retained to find a Head Chef for an existing Hotel that will be rebranding soon. The role requires a hands-on Head Chef that can lead the way through this transition and be able to create an upscale casual dining menu.

To be considered for the role you will have the following;

• You MUST have your own transport as no public transport available
• Loads of previous experience as a Head Chef in a standalone venue or Executive Sous Chef position in a hotel
• Proven ability of creating menus and/or food trends
• Ability to create and maintain an engaging work culture where your team can thrive
• Banqueting experience in a hotel environment is a must
• Hotel experience preferably 4 or 5 Star
• Daily Delegates functions experience preferred but not essential
• Financial acumen and ability to put that into practice
• A 'hands-On' approach to leadership
• Ability to teach, train and engage all teams across FOH and BOH
• Passionate about customer service and all areas of the business
