Key Responsibilities:

Ensure safe and efficient traffic flow on work sites.

Communicate effectively with drivers and site personnel.

Implement traffic control plans in compliance with safety regulations.

Monitor and manage on-site traffic conditions.

Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements:

Minimum of 12 months of experience as a Traffic Controller or Spotter.

Valid Traffic Control Certification.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in varying weather conditions and adapt to changing situations.
