About the role

Are you looking to join a dynamic and fast-paced team of traffic controllers? XTraffic is seeking motivated individuals to fill casual traffic controller positions in Melbourne, VIC. As a traffic controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and smooth flow of traffic at various work sites.

What you'll be doing

Directing and controlling the flow of traffic at construction sites, roadworks, and other events

Setting up and maintaining traffic control devices such as signs, cones, and barriers

Communicating effectively with other team members, site personnel, and members of the public

Adhering to all relevant safety protocols and procedures

Remaining vigilant and responsive to changing traffic conditions

What we're looking for
We are looking for new and experienced traffic controllers looking for a new challenge with the opportunity to grow within the company.

Current Traffic Control tickets: RIIWHS302D & RIIWHS205D or
TC1/ TMI1, TC2 TMI2 OR seeking a placement position.

White Card (or equivalent)

Valid Drivers licence and own reliable transport

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work safely in a dynamic environment

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company

Basic PPE to start

Available for works on short notice
