About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for managing the safe flow of traffic around construction sites and roadworks. This includes:

Setting up and removing traffic control devices

Using stop/slow bat signs and two-way radios

Communicating clearly with crews and the public

Ensuring safety compliance at all times

About You

Ability to pass drug & alcohol screening

Punctual and reliable

Positive and professional attitude

Attentive and safety-focused

Patient and respectful

Own reliable transport

Experience preferred but not essential

What You’ll Need:

Current Traffic Control tickets (Stop/Slow & Implement Traffic Control Plans) Must have RIIWHS205E/RIIWHS302E or TC2/TMI2 and TMI3 tickets

White Card (Construction Induction)

Driver’s License and reliable transport

Willingness to complete relevant inductions required to work on the VicRoads network

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork

Ability to work flexible hours including early starts, nights, and weekends
