🌿 Registered Nurse – Join Our Friendly Practice Team
📍 Grand Medical Seaford
🕓 Around 4 week days per week - 9am to 5pm

We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to become part of our caring and supportive team. Our practice is busy but welcoming, and we pride ourselves on looking after both our patients and our staff.

What the role looks like:

· Working alongside our doctors and admin team to give patients the best care possible

· Helping with health checks, care plans, wound management, and immunisations

· Essential nursing skills include wound care, immunisations, care planning, health assessments, and chronic disease management

· Providing education and support to patients in a kind and approachable way

· Assisting with procedures and keeping accurate notes

What we'd love you to bring:

· Current AHPRA registration

· Experience in general practice nursing (essential)

· Minimum of 2+ years of general practice nursing experience

· A friendly, team-focused attitude and great communication skills

· A genuine passion for caring for people

· Australian work rights are required for this position
