This role is perfect for someone fresh out of school who wants to kickstart their career in the building industry with Bellevue Design and Construction, Brisbane’s multi–award-winning custom builders.

✦ About the Role

As a Junior Gallery Consultant, you’ll work alongside our Gallery Manager, supporting clients in choosing colours and finishes for residential and commercial projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience, learning the design journey from concept to completion while contributing to projects that shape how people live, work, and feel in their spaces.

✦ Key Responsibilities

Assist in documenting colour selections with accuracy and attention to detail

Support face-to-face consultations, guiding clients through design, colour, and finishes

Help create mood boards and visual presentations to communicate design ideas

Collaborate with our in-house sales and design team to ensure cohesive, high-quality outcomes

A natural passion for interiors, design, and colour—no prior experience required

Organised, creative, and eager to learn and grow in the design industry

Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
