If you would like to join a company designing and delivering first class projects throughout Queensland and across Australia, this is a position for a senior engineer to lead their sustainability initiatives.

They are looking for someone to contribute to high-impact projects, while mentoring others and driving industry-leading best practices across Green Star, WELL, NABERS, NatHERS and Climate Active.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver sustainability consulting services in a client facing role
• Bring with you a network of established clients, to continue strengthening partnerships and ESD service offering
• Oversee preparation of sustainability reports
• Conduct life-cycle analysis, energy, thermal, daylight and carbon modelling
• Undertake NCC Section J compliance reviews
• Mentoring junior consultants

Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience in ESD consulting in Australian market
• RPEQ or willingness to obtain
• Accreditations in Green Star, NABERS, WELL, Climate Active preferred
• Technical expertise in building physics and sustainable design principles
• Experience with thermal/energy modelling software and sustainability frameworks (e.g. ISC, ESG, GRI)
• Understanding of Australian carbon reporting (e.g. NGER), climate risk and adaptation planning
