We are a consulting geophysics company. We are hiring a Junior Geophysicist to assist with various projects. The role involves fieldwork and office work.
What you’ll do
Help with surveys
Collect and process data
Write reports
Use software
Travel when needed
About you
We’re looking for someone with:
Proficient Python and C++ for writing and running code based geophysical program using open sources code
A degree in geophysics, ideally incorporating calculus and physic units
3+ years’ experience in geophysics and mineral exploration
Proficiency in geophysical software such as Profile Analyst, Oasis Montaj, Maxwell, WinDisp, Model Vision
Strong communication and report writing skills.
A proactive approach to learning, problem solving, and teamwork.
