The Opportunity

A contract Site Coordinator/Administrator role to assist kicking off a few projects that are commencing concurrently. The role is to involve:

Providing support to projects. A typical day could involve administrative support such as obtaining subcontractor pricing, RFIs, meeting minutes, ensuring OH&S documentation is in order etc, but also could involve site support, with ensuring OH&S documentation is in order, monitoring progress, directing site personnel and subcontractors on design direction, and the like.

Providing support in the areas of contract administration and estimating.

Providing support in trade coordination on site.

Strong performance will lead to consideration for a permanent role.

The Candidate

Consider applying if you fit the following:

Have either a relevant trade or tertiary qualification.

Have a driven and proactive character, and has a self-starter type personality.

Be well presented and be able to communicate well with not only subcontractors and trades, but consultants and clients.

Have an attitude to learn.

Good verbal and written English.
