Company & Role: Tier 2 builder is delivering an $80M medical manufacturing facility. We’re seeking a Project Coordinator to join the team for a 9-month + contract and help drive this landmark project to completion.
You’ll be supporting the site team with; coordination, scheduling, procurement, supervision, and stakeholder engagement activities. This is a rare opportunity to work on a high-profile build with a Tier 2 builder.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in commercial construction (ideally health or institutional projects)
- Formal qualifications in construction or engineering.
- At least three years experience delivering jobs locally.
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Familiarity with construction software (Hammertech, Procore, & Aconex)
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
