The Role

Reporting to a highly regarded General Counsel, this Legal Counsel role offers broad exposure across property and commercial law. It's a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you'll play a key role in major transactions and strategic decisions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Acting as lead legal adviser on a range of property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing portfolios.
• Providing commercially focused legal advice on licensing, regulatory, and general corporate matters.
• Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements.
• Monitoring legal and regulatory developments relevant to the business and advising stakeholders accordingly.
• Collaborating with senior internal stakeholders and external counsel to manage legal risk effectively.
