Our client is a leading Australian provider of premium equipment solutions, representing world-class brands from the USA and Italy. With over 50 years of expertise, they specialise in the sale, service, and hire of large facility maintenance equipment.

The Role
We're looking for a skilled and self-motivated Field Service Technician to join thier team. In this autonomous role, you'll service and support customers within your local territory, ensuring their premium machines continue to perform at their best.

You'll also have access to our well-equipped local workshop when required.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys independence, problem-solving, and building strong customer relationships while knowing they're backed by a great team and a company that values its people.

Key Responsibilities
•Perform scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
•Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues
•Deliver excellent customer service and operator training
•Complete service documentation and reports accurately
•Maintain compliance with safety and industry standards
•Manage spare parts, tools, and equipment stock
About You
•Mechanical trade certification (preferred)
•Auto Electrical licence (preferred)
•Strong problem-solving and fault-finding ability
•Customer-focused with great communication skills
•Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
