Lead Service Technician – Caravan Service Centre
Location: Narangba, QLD
Full-Time | 38 hours/week

Titanium Caravans is a market leader in the premium off-road caravanning segment, proudly delivering over 500 caravans annually from our Melbourne factory and through dealerships across Australia.

We’re on the hunt for a Lead Service Technician to join our dynamic Service Centre team in Narangba. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced technician who is ready to step up, take ownership, and drive quality, efficiency, and teamwork in our busy workshop.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out caravan servicing, repairs, and fit-outs

Install aftermarket parts and accessories

Support and guide technicians across multiple jobs

Maintain workshop quality standards and cleanliness

Assist with training and onboarding of new staff

Monitor and uphold safety procedures and regulations

Step in to cover team member duties when required

Manage workshop stock levels and consumables

Liaise with internal departments where necessary to coordinate workflow

Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a caravan service or related mechanical/4WD environment

Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic ability

Proficient in using a variety of hand and power tools

Ability to read and follow job cards, checklists, and work instructions

Confident communicator with leadership qualities

Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team

Organised, dependable, and able to prioritise under pressure

Holds a current and valid driver’s licence

Physically fit – able to lift, bend, move, and be on your feet throughout the day

Working Hours

Monday: 6.00am – 2.30pm

Tuesday – Friday: 6.00am – 2.00pm
