Accelerate Construction Services is seeking an experienced Carpenter ready to take a step off the tools. We’re looking for an On-Site Supervisor / Project Manager to join our team in Balcatta, Western Australia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.

What you'll be doing

Organising materials before works commence

Sourcing and delivering (or arranging delivery of) correct materials to site

Overseeing all aspects of projects, liaising with the operations manager and coordinating subcontractors

Ensuring attention to detail and quality assurance across all trade work

Monitoring job progress, resolving issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed

Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and authorities to ensure compliance and satisfaction

Leading and supporting project teams to achieve great outcomes

Identifying ways to improve processes and efficiency

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years’ experience in site/project management or a team leader role in construction

Trade background is essential; highly beneficial if you’re a qualified carpenter

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

A team first attitude and the ability to lead and collaborate

Strong budgeting and financial management skills

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Relevant qualifications in construction or project management
