We are currently seeking talented and experienced Accountant to become a vital part of our dynamic team, contributing to our goal of creating memorable and authentic security experiences.

About the Role:

As our Accountant, you will play a critical role in supporting financial reporting, payroll, taxation, budgeting, and internal control processes to ensure compliance, transparency, and sound financial decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with accounting standards

Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payment processing and collections

Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations, and monitor daily cash flow

Manage end-to-end payroll including superannuation, timesheets, leave entitlements, and compliance with Fair Work and taxation regulations

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies

Assist in developing and applying accounting and budgetary policies

Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Conduct financial investigations, audit, and provide insights on business operations, and compliance.

Provide expert advice on taxation, compliance, and also support capital investment planning.

Implement and maintain effective accounting systems and internal controls.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounting role (industry-specific experience is a plus)

Strong leadership and effective communication skills.

Proven ability to deliver high-quality payroll processing and financial operations in a fast-paced environment

Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
